The Fashion Loop

Project Overview:

The Fashion Loop is a printed book that is divided into two parts; part one highlights major fashion trends from the 1900’s to present day and part two compares today’s fashion trends. This book is an informative and fashion forecasting piece of work that proves fashion repeats itself every 15-30 years.

 

Challenge: 

“Is print dead?” One of the main challenges was adhering to a digital audience. As a designer, there is a certain niche demographic that still appreciates and loyal to traditional print design.

Approach: 

By providing an extensive amount of research on the history of fashion and interviews of fashion designers and stylists, The Fashion Loop bridges the gap between fashion and print lovers. The Fashion Loop encourages people to express themselves through fashion, regardless of the decade.
